Welcome to the EBMT 2020
The 46th Annual Meeting of the European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (EBMT) was this year held as a virtual meeting from August 29th until September 1st, 2020. In total, 6,783 attendees from 89 countries registered for the meeting and an impressive 1,315 abstracts were submitted.
The 2020 EBMT meeting addressed recent state-of-the-art developments in autologous and allogeneic transplantation with a top-notch scientific programme for physicians, nurses, data and quality managers, pharmacists, psychologists, transplant coordinators, and other medical professionals. During this event, a great selection of symposia and educational sessions as well as ‘meet the expert’-sessions related to the current challenges of haematopoietic stem cell transplantation and cell therapy were provided to the audience.
